produced by, and property of, the Northern Ohio Killifish
Association (NOKA) unless otherwise noted or credited. Logo's
other than the NOKA logo are property of their perspective
owners
- Pictures & Graphics shown on this site are original and
may/may not be watermarked identifying this clubs ownership, but
under no circumstances may any picture or text be copied
or reproduced elsewhere without written approval from NOKA and
this sites
Webmaster Approval will usually be "granted" and welcome
for website use in any recognized AKA affiliate club's website and/or it's parent
organization the American
Killifish Association (go here for list)
- Approval for reproductive use in international
Killifish clubs websites will in all likelihood be granted for
English or translated versions. Articles translated into
non-English languages are welcome and encouraged. Please contact
webmaster@ohiokillifish.net
- Photos that are granted reproductive rights must be unaltered except for
re-sizing and show the original photographers credit on the same
page or immediately adjacent to the picture. Photos must
have this websites original referring URL either as a "mouse
over" or as a single click & redirect back to this websites original page.
- Copied Articles must be unaltered and whole, with credits
displayed on the same page immediately following the article.
This applies only to NOKA originating articles. For "Donated"
content or pictures, the requestor must contact the original
author or photographer.
- Credits: NOKA, through this website, will make every
reasonable effort to credit unique intellectual content that
originated outside its membership. This process does not extend
to widely known facts, processes or procedures practiced within
the Killifish enthusiast sector or the broader Tropical fish
hobby. Donated and reproduced content will have credits clearly
following or adjacent to, the text or picture. Any intellectual
media used for research or reference will be credited at the
bottom of the page or following the content.
- NOKA may/may not refer visitors to certain retailers or
individuals known to offer product supporting this hobby
segment. NOKA has no financial interest or partnership with any
"for profit" company or individual, nor does NOKA benefit
financially from any autonomous legal entity.
- NOKA is a club dedicated to the furtherance of
maintaining captive killifishes in the broader context of the tropical fish hobby. This website
does not contain any text, content or photographs of a adult,
sexual or pornographic nature. Nor is any material of any
religious, political or national bias. NOKA as an organization,
has NO official affiliations outside the scope of similar
killifish clubs, organizations or the tropical fish hobby.
